Topics
1. Initial Technical Assessment by Forsa for addressing projects AARID (P2) and
ALFORZAN (P3) from a technical perspective.
2. At the conclusion of the meeting, it is anticipated to gain a comprehensive
understanding of Forsa's proposed approach, enabling the SBT team led by Douglas
to calculate the time and manpower required for projects P2 and P3.

Meeting notes
AARID

The project will have 80 houses. They will be composed of a ground floor, first floor, roof floor
and parapet. A formwork will be available to make a daily house. It is important to keep in
mind that for this project there will be 16 different types of houses. The construction sequence
must be adjusted to the typologies of the houses to execute the project in phases according
to the typologies of the houses. A duration for the project of 90 days is proposed. To achieve
this objective, the following actions are proposed:

• We must have an additional set of formwork for the common areas


• Review permitted hours to work on the project since it is within the city and we have
neighbors who may be affected by noise
• Define how the common areas will be executed since there is a difference of 25 cm
between the common areas slab and the first floor
• As mentioned above, the sequences of houses must be adjusted by typology
• A work schedule must be made that is very close to reality
• Pump access must be checked
• Define with Shurfa when the towers that are next to the project are planned to be
executed, in order to also adjust the entire project. This is because access is very
limited
• Consider purchasing an additional set of formwork for the stairs. You would have the
formwork for the stairs on the right and left, it would be ideal
• A drone photo package and a video of the current state of the project and its
surroundings must be contracted.

ALFORSAN

The project will be made up of 30 towers of 5.5 floors each. There will be 4 sets of formwork
and the climbing system will be used. It is proposed to pour the apartments in a simple way
and not duplex (Forsa proposal). The idea is to finish a tower in 22 days. Personnel will be
saved on facades thanks to the climbing system. The project has two types, 2BR and 3BR,
which will allow us to advance much faster. The duration of the project is planned for 8
months. However, a schedule adjusted to reality must be made. You must have photos and
drone video of the project. In this project, the activities of formwork, steelwork, electrical work,
plumbing work will be executed by our company.

Task
A visit to the projects should be scheduled as soon as possible to get to know the area,
analyze on site all the possible variables that may affect the execution of the projects.

We must schedule a meeting as soon as possible to begin planning and future coordination
of the project.
Agenda for the next meeting
Review of architect plans, structural plans, steel quantities, formwork modulation plans,
project budget. A detailed agenda must be made to carry out correct planning of the
projects.
