    Goal: Decide what will be the theme of this Christmas party, what are the snacks and food of
    the upcoming party, calculate the initial expenses and decide how much is the sharing, what
    will be the games (prizes if possible), determine what is the best day for the event and the
    exchange gift.
    1. Theme of Christmas Party

    Time: 30 minutes
    Purpose: Decision
    Leader: Nico Robin

    a. Present a trend theme for the event.


    b. Let the other share their theme for the event.
    c. Decide and vote for the theme of the event.

    2. Preparing the snacks and food

    Time: 20 minutes
    Purpose:
    Leader: Vinsmoke Sanji

    a. Make a voting session on what will be the snacks and foods.


    b. Homemade or Order?
    c. Make a list of the decided dishes.

    3. Make a calculation and decide how much the sharing.

    Time: 20 minutes
    Purpose: Calculation and decision
    Leader: Nami

    a. Do some calculations for the upcoming party.
