Additionally, Lazada offers a variety of payment methods, such as cash on delivery, to
meet the various needs of Filipino customers.

Lazada places a strong emphasis on customer service in addition to a smooth


buying experience. A committed staff of customer care representatives is accessible by
several channels such as live chat, email, and hotline to rapidly address questions and
resolve concerns. In addition, Lazada aggressively solicits client feedback to
continuously enhance its offerings. Their steadfastness in attending to and addressing
consumer comments is indicative of their commitment to fulfilling customer

Lazada has been a platform for everyone when it comes to online shopping, I my
self also experienced the kind of customer service that Lazada can offer. Since AI had
become a big thing these days, chatbot are now the one who’s answering every
concern of each customer. With that kind of approach, it not that easy to relay
information with a robot and become redundant in relaying your concern when you are
transferred to a real agent. So, for me, using chatbot approach is not that good when it
comes to customer service.
