BUDGET MESSAGE

Ladies and Gentlemen:

This is to respectfully submit the proposed SK Annual Budget of Barangay Agustin Navarra, Ivisan,
Capiz for Fiscal Year 2024.

The estimated 10% SK Fund of the General Fund of the Barangay Balaring, Ivisan, Capiz for Fiscal
Year 2024 amounting to ( Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Forty and Ninety
Centavos) (₱293,940.90) and we prepared in coordination with the Sangguniang Kabataan Members.

The proposed Expenditure Program follows the development direction of the Youth Development Plan
as approved by the SK Assembly. As such, it is fully consistent with the approved Sangguniang
Kabataan Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2024.

In sum, we have programmed the following amounts for the programs:

General Administration Program.................................................... ₱161,485.22

SK Youth Development and Empowerment Program................... ₱132,455.68
Total................................................................................................ ₱293,940.90

Attached to the proposed SK Budget for Fiscal Year 2024 are approved ABYIP, List of Projects under
the Development and Empowerment Program.

Accordingly, I respectfully request the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Kabataan to approve
the proposed Sangguniang Kabataan Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2024.
