APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 001

SERIES OF 2023

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TEN PERCENT (10%) SK FUND AS

ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 OF BARANGAY SINAYAWAN
VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON IN THE AMOUNT OF NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-
SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETENEN AND FIFTY SENTAVO
(PHP.987,919.50)

WHEREAS, during the 1st Regular Session of the Sangguniang Kabataan, the
members unanimously agreed to pass a resolution approving the SK fund for FY 2024
amounting NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
NINETEEN AND FIFTY CENTAVO (Php. 987,919.50) to the ten percent (10%) of the
general fund of 2023 of Barangay Sinayawan, City of Valencia, Bukidnon;

WHEREAS, all the income of the barangay derived from whatever source shall accrue
to its general fund and ten percent (10%) of the general of the Barangay shall be set aside for
the Sangguniang Kabataan.

WHEREAS, as stated in Annual Investment Program of Barangay Sinayawan,

the estimated General fund for FY 2023 of Barangay Sinayawan NINE MILLION TWO
HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-IEGHT. (Php.
9,258,858)

WHEREAS, the NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE

HUNDRED NINETEEN AND FIFTY SENTAVO (Php. 987,919.50) as the SK Fund shall
be allocated in annual budget and disbursed into GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
PROGRAM and SK YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMS,
and if funds allow, in a supplemental budget in accordance with adopted the Annual
Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) compliant with section 20 of R.A 10742 and
the section thereof;

WHEREAS, all the Sangguniang Kabataan Funds derived from any source shall
be stated in the financial records, which shall be kept by the SK treasurer, copy
furnished by the Sangguniang Barangay, in the simplified manner as maybe prescribed
by the Commission on Audit;
 WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials shall prepare the activity design
detailing the processes involved and the funds needed for each of the project included
in
the ABYIP and all SK funds shall be subject to all existing accounting and auditing laws,
rules and regulations in the conformity of Section 20 of the operational guidelines on the
Utilization of the SK Funds for Fiscal Year of 2024;
THEREFORE, upon presentation and thorough deliberation of the annual budget
program, it was approved and upon motion by Hon. Lovely P. Osorio duly seconded by all
members present,

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO PASS A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE

SK FUND FOR FY 2024 ALLOCATED AND DISBURSED INTO ANNUAL BUDEGET NINE
HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETEEN AND FIFTY
SENTAVO (Php. 9,258,858.00) THE TEN PERCENT (10%) OF THE GENERAL FUND
OF 2024 OF BARANGAY SINAYAWAN, VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON.
