Ladies and Gentlemen:

This is to respectfully submit the proposed Annual SK Budget of Barangay CAUYAN for the Fiscal Year 2023.

The estimated income for the Fiscal Year 2023 amounts to TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT PESOS AND FOURTY CENTAVOS (P 278,148.40) and we have
prepared a Proposal Expenditure Program for the same amount.

The proposed Annual SK Budget has been prepared in coordination with the Sangguniang Kabataan.

The Proposed Expenditure Program follows the development direction of the Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan (CBYDP) as approved by the KK Assembly. As such, it is fully consisting with the approved
Annual Barangay Youth Development Plan (ABYIP) for the Fiscal Year 2023.

In compliance with the requirements of law, the following have been provided:

10% Sangguniang Kabataan fund --------------------------------- P 276,178.40

In sum, we have programmed the following amount for the programs:

SK Administration----------------------------------------------------------- P 86,712.40
SK Youth Development and Empowerment Program------- P 189,466.00
Total: ------------------------------------ P 278,178.40

Attached to the proposed Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2023 are the approved ABYIP.

Accordingly, I respectfully request the honorable members of the Sangguniang Kabataan to enacted Resolution
authorizing the proposed SK Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2023.
