A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) PLAN AND

BUDGET FOR CY 2024 OF BARANGAY MABATO

WHEREAS, the Barangay GAD Focal Point System of Barangay Mabato, Ayungon had
convened on November 15, 2023 to plan and prioritize programs and projects for inclusion
in the Gender and Development initiatives of Barangay Mabato herein referred to as the
Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget for CY 2024 as required in the PCW-DILG-
DBM-NEDA JMC 2016-01 dated January 12, 2016: Guidelines on the Localization of the
Magna Carta of Women (MCW);

WHEREAS, the members of the Barangay GAD Focal Point System has finalized the Gender
and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget for CY 2024 in the amount of TWO HUNDRED
FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FIFTY SIX PESOS and 70/100 (Php244,056.70) for
various programs and projects geared towards gender equality in the barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kag. Chair on Women and Family Jumar Gaspan duly
seconded and there having no objection from all the members present;

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Barangay GAD Focal Point

System assembled to approve the Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget for CY
2024 of Barangay Mabato in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND
FIFTY SIX PESOS and 70/100 (Php244,056.70).

RESOLVED FURTHER, to endorse the CY 2024 Barangay Mabato Gender and

Development (GAD) Plan and Budget to the Sangguniang Barangay to form part of the CY
2024 Annual Investment Program of the Barangay.
