respondents are male 19 years old, most of their father are house keeper and their father are farmer.
Majority of the parents’ monthly income is 1000-5000 and wanted to take higher education wish to
become teacher and agriculturist. It can be also gleaned in this study that personal factors have great
extent in affecting career choice of the respondents.

Choosing career is a vital part of human existence. Each individual has the freedom to get into decision
on what career a person will pursue as it takes him to a successful life. this avenue is very essential
nowadays since the K-12 program embrace the role of the learners in nation building and its mission is
to produce graduates who are life long and competitive learners
