In the sample business plan, the owners are going to open a ethnic variety based restaurant and
bar which will serve in a specific location which is in Atlanta, united states. They are going to
mainly focus on regional specialties, Thai and Indian curries also crab items. In their business
model they have stated their procedures for future in a very brief and organized manner. They
have publishes their main menu, bar items, managerial roles, financial information, market
analysis summery, strategy and implementation summery. They have presented their vision ,
mission and future strategies and procedures in a very outstanding manner , that it is obvious
people who are interested in investing will be impressed .It will be appealing to investors.

One of the most important section in a potential business plan is the service section .In their
service section they added their menus, salads, appetizers and desserts. It will help the customers
to understand about their services briefly . It will also give proper information to the investors
about their future probability.

So, in the service section they have stated their Main menu’s, the appetizers , salad, their deserts.
Moreover they have gave the information about which types of drinks they will provide their
customers. They are going to focus on mainly to the people , who loves ethnic types of food.
They will serve wines from America and other countries in their bar section.

In my opinion it is an outstanding business model , which contains a brief startup summery and
introduction about the restaur0ant, An established financial and managerial role section,

But In my opinion there is a small limitation in the service section. And it can dilute its
efficiency .The service section is all about the information of the product and services the
company going to give to its customers in the near future. In this business plan Zara restaurant
stated in their service section that they are going to mainly focus on ethnic specialties and they
are mainly meat based. There are no options for the vegan peoples. Also people who are
vegetarian will find uneasy to dinner and take lunch from here. And it is going to be a big
disadvantage for their business in the upcoming future.

Not adding alternative vegan items are going to dilute their business for many reason. First of
all, People are becoming obese day by day. Obesity is becoming a grater problem in United
States. For obesity people are being affected with many major diseases . For example, Heart
diseases , diabetes etc. And people are coming out from the practice of taking rich foods often
which contains high calories. People are now mainly focusing on various types of items which
contains vegetables and low calorie items. They are now starting to abide by the rules of taking
and consumption of healthy foods and maintain a healthy diet.

Another big reason people are becoming vegan is the emergence of maintaining the animal right.
People are now a days becoming cautious about the animal rights. So, people are becoming
interested in other ways of their daily diet. They are trying to avoid the meat based products.

So, it is going to affect their business is a very significant way. As they are going to operate in
Atlanta , USA . Their main customers are going to be business persons, downtown Atlanta
couples , tourists , high end singles and The destination customers. There are going to be a lot of
individuals who are vegans. And would prefer alternative items of meat. If they do not adapt
with the situation, their daily customer flow is going to be affected.

So, to overcome this situation they will have to start with a change with their main menu. Adding
vegan item with more options will be a better choice. Also adding more salad items can impress
the peoples who re not willing to take meat based products. At last , there should be some
options kept in the food menu without animal substances and as the result segmented people will
become more impressed.
