2. The maximum allowable absences is 20% of the total number of hours per semester (10 hours
for a normal 3-unit course). Automatic D (Dropped) or UW (Unforced Withdrawal) will be
given if the student exceed the maximum number of hours.

3. The students must comply with all the activities required within the time frame given by the
instructor/ professor. The instructor may not accept late requirements. The students are bound
to submit all the requirements set in the course for proper evaluation by the teacher. Printed
copies may be required for certain requirements/.

4. The students are required to participate during lectures and discussion. Each is expected to
have read the relevant materials provided before the scheduled meeting. Surprise quizzes,
graded classroom activities are integral to learning and discipline to come to class prepared.
Excused/unexcused absent will not be given special grade for such activities.

5. Cheating in all forms as well as plagiarism are prohibited. Likewise, copying the assignment
of your classmates is not encouraged.
