REASONS WHY GEN Z FACES QUESTIONS SUCH AS THEY ARE NOT

ASPIRATIONAL, RESPONSIBLE, CLEAR OF THEIR FUTURE.

1. Difference of opinions (gender gap).

2. New fields of economic earnings (social media, every work is considered equal).

3. Not responsible because their ideologies are different from the previous generations.

4. Gen Z also faces issues such as parental pressure, the stress factors, constant nagging, anxiety etc.

5. Less involvement with family and most of the times parents do not know what the child wants to
do due to lack of communication.
GEN Z’s LESS KNOWLEDGE IN OUR CULTURE AND TRADITIONS.

1. A fact that needs to be addressed.

2. Gen Z are not aware of their own culture, tradition, religion, etc.

3. The cultural significance and values attached to festivals are often over looked.

4. Sometimes the modernization is not necessary.

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO OVERCOME THE NEGATIVE

DIFFERNCES.

1. Screen time should be reduced for only important stuff and binging or reckless scrolling should be
stopped.

2. We can try to learn the values, traditions about our culture, religion, festivals etc.

3. The social media is in our hands and we should always post what is real and not fake everything
just for the sake of peer validation.

4. Instead of using phones we should spend quality time with our friends and family.

5. Individualism is important but sometimes we should also let our elderly set norms for us and we
should obey them.

6. We should learn values such as patience, respect, tolerance, and rationality.

7. Stop westernizing our lives under western influence.

8. We should be more keen to become economically independent.
