4. Gen Z also faces issues such as parental pressure, the stress factors, constant nagging, anxiety etc.
5. Less involvement with family and most of the times parents do not know what the child wants to
do due to lack of communication.

2. Gen Z are not aware of their own culture, tradition, religion, etc.
3. The cultural significance and values attached to festivals are often over looked.
1. Screen time should be reduced for only important stuff and binging or reckless scrolling should be
stopped.
2. We can try to learn the values, traditions about our culture, religion, festivals etc.
3. The social media is in our hands and we should always post what is real and not fake everything
just for the sake of peer validation.
4. Instead of using phones we should spend quality time with our friends and family.
5. Individualism is important but sometimes we should also let our elderly set norms for us and we
should obey them.
