Recent times with the advancement of technology and easy


access to the internet. Childhood and youth have changed a lot
with respect to the past. To this we must add that it is very easy
to access electronic devices. Today it is rare to find person in the
parks, pool etc.
First, parents help children understand the potential negative
effects of excessive gaming, including impacts on physical health,
academic performance, and social relationships. Knowledge
about the consequences can motivate them to make better
choices.
Authorities implement interests and hobbies beyond gaming.
Encouraging participation in sports, arts, outdoor activities, and
social gatherings can diversify their experiences and reduce their
dependency on gaming.
In the school supportive environment where your child feels
comfortable discussing challenges they face related to gaming.
Avoid punitive measures and instead focus on problem-solving
and growth.
Finally, I believe that we can all contribute but I think that the
most important thing is education at home and how they guide
us. I think that everything we do at home and as a child will be
reflected in the future.
