Title of Micro-Project :- EMI Calculator

1.0 Aims/Benefits of the Micro-Project

1. Provides a quick and easy way to compute loan EMIs

2. Eliminates the need for manual calculations
3. Offers insight into the entire repayment process
4. Helps compare offerings for affordability

2.0 Course Outcomes Addressed

a) Develop programs using GUI Framework (AWT and Swing).

b) Handle events of AWT and Swings components.
c) Develop programs to handle events in Java Programming.s.

3.0 Proposed Methodology

Group members first decided together on which topic the microproject was going to be.
After the selection of the microproject, information was collected about the topic. As the
information had been collected, the micro-project had been started. The members in the group
participated equally in the micro-project and provided an equal amount of help. In our microproject
we used java swing components and awt events for calculating EMI(Equated Monthly
Interest).First it takes input that is amount of loan,Percent of interest and time in month's according
to our need then it calculates and generates monthly installment,total interest and total payable
amount.There are some certain conditions also according to our loan like if we want personal loan
then the maximum term for personal loan is of 5 years just lika that.We showed this micro project
to our teacher and they also helped us for solving the errors and making the attractive GUI.
