These are internal Queue tables that is created on behalf of AQ mechanisms that is used by Replicat process like Integrated Exceeded: Using A Loop
Replicat in Golden gate configuration With EXECUTE IMMEDIATE
So, they cannot be deleted or truncated manually. DML operations occur on this tables occur as part of Replicat process And XMLTYPE [1345804.1]
