Customer is trying to complete EAM Work Order operation using oracle API eam_process_wo_pub.process_master_child_wo .   Information Centers

They are passing quality results with the completion record and the operation is getting completed successfully . Enterprise Asset Management

This is a multi-purpose API, need to keep things flexible:    

When the API is called without specifying a matching collection ID in both eam_op_comp_tbl and eam_wo_quality_tbl, the API   Recently Viewed  
will process the operation completion and the quality result entry separately. Because of this, different collection IDs are
generated for each of the process. Create Preventive Maintenance
