Abstract

Faculty Evaluation Performance is intended for the Southern City


Colleges. The System is used to test the performances of the teaching
skills of the faculty member of the school. The system software platform
was used to create the administration and student interface for the faculty
performance evaluation system for the college department at Southern
City College. Time is wasted, and more bond paper and toner are used
each year for evaluations. Also, students can misplace their manual
evaluation or it’s possible that because of the loaded files in the office of
the Human Resource the file of evaluation can be misplace. Teacher
evaluation is a routine and often required process Students rate the
performance in five categories: Very Frequently, Frequently, Sometime,
Rarely, and Never. The System can help students evaluate performance
teaching of each faculty and deans.

The capstone project entitled “Southern City Colleges Faculty


Performance Evaluation System” was designed and developed in sublime
text3, php mysql, and xampp also the methodology used for this system is
modified water fall model. One of the features of the system includes
automated calculations of total score of the evaluated faculty and the
deans.
