PUZZLE – 1
Eight friends P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W are sitting in a straight line.
Some of them face north while some of them face south direction.
Each of them belongs to different states- Kerala, Assam, Bihar,
Tripura, Tamil nadu, Jharkhand, Telangana and Nagaland. The
person who sits fourth to the right of T belongs to Tripura and none
of them sit extreme ends of the row. Q who belongs to Telangana
sits third to the left of R and face same direction as T. P belongs to
Kerala and sits one of the extreme ends of the row. R does not
belong to Nagaland and S does not belongs to Tripura. Q is an
immediate neighbour of the one who belongs to Tripura. The one
who belongs to Jharkhand sits one of the position right of T. W sits
second to the left of V who belongs to Bihar and both of them
facing opposite direction to each other. Q faces north direction. P
and U facing same direction but opposite to S. The one who
belongs to Nagaland sits third to the left of the one who belongs to
Tamil nadu. U sits second to the left of S. The one who belongs to

PUZZLE – 2
L, M, N, O, P, Q, R and S are sitting around a square table, four of
them sit at 4 corners while four sits at the middle of the sides. The
one who sit at the corners face the centre while who sit at the
middle face outside. They like different Fruits Guava, Pineapple,
Kiwi, Papaya, Grapes, Apple, Banana and Mango (not necessarily in
same order).
R does not like Mango. The one who likes Papaya is an immediate
neighbour of Q. N sits third to the left of the one who likes Mango.
Only two persons sit between N and S. The one who likes Guava

32, 7, 36, 40, 21 and 15. Each of them likes different types of
chocolates- Kitkat, Snickers, Munch, Eclairs, Fuse, Perk, Toblerone,
Dairy milk. Age of S is multiple of 5. R is older than Q who is not the

Seven persons K, L, M, N, O, P and Q live on different floors in the
same building, the building has eight floors from 1 to 8 in such a
way that ground floor is numbered 1, the above floor is numbered 2
and so on. The top most floor is numbered 8. One floor is vacant.
They like different Products- Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6 and Z7. All of
them was born in different months Starting from January to July, of
the same year and on same date.
Q lives on an even numbered floor below the 5th floor and likes Z6.
There are only two floors in between the floor on which Q lives and
N who was born in June. Only three persons live between the one
who was born in April and the one who was born in January. The
persons who live above the vacant floor were born on the months
having odd numbered of days. L likes Z3 and lives on 3rd floor. K is
older than Q. M lives on an even numbered floor above the vacant
floor but not immediate above. Only two persons live between the
one who likes Z7 and vacant floor which is above of that floor. Top
floor is not vacant. Second youngest person of the group likes Z4.
K likes Z5 and lives on an odd numbered floor. The one who likes
Z2 was worn in March. P is the second oldest person of the group.

facing towards north and the one who likes Silver are facing
towards south. Not more than two people likes same metal sit
together.
Two people sit between B and S, who likes Silver. R sit second to
the left of A. Both the immediate neighbors of C faces in opposite
direction as C. Both the immediate neighbor of B likes Gold. D is
