    Problem

    Promote economic growth and social well-being within the community, by also introduceing a wide variety of land uses as
    shown below

    Objectives

    · The planning, design and construction managment for the external and internal bulk electrical
    infrastrcture and telecoms for the phase 2 tasez development.

    · Develop connection from the Waltoo 132Kv supply substation and transform into 11KV at
    consumer distribution then to mini substations for factory sites and residentional areas.

    Scope of services/ scope of services from SIRIS pov

    · Provision of services related to all financial matters including aspects such ad quantity
    calculation, cost estimates, cost control and procurement process.

    · Ensure all designs will be aligned with latest approved SDP at time of appointment, so as to co-
    ordinatw with all relevant stakeholders and to ensirure all final designs meet the required
    stanards to cater for the phase 2 of the project.

    · Liasing with City of Tshwane (COT) and Eskom during project lifecycle and scope of work.
