8. GENERAL GUIDELINES

8.1. The NSRC shall be composed of graduates of the CWTS and

LTS components of NSTP. An NSRC Unit is classified as either an

the jurisdiction of the HEI and TVI) or a CBNU (composed of CWTS and
LTS graduates and are now serving their community).

8.2. CHED and TESDA shall have the overall responsibility to supervise
and regulate the operationalization of SBNUs in HEls and TVIs,

8.3. The role of LGUs in the out-of-campus immersions of CWTS and LTS classes shall
