Letter of WSH Undertaking by Worker

工人工场安全健康许诺信
1. I shall wear a safety helmet with chin strap, safety shoe and safety harness at all times .
我将做工时每时每刻都佩戴有帽带的安全帽，安全鞋和背带式安全带
2. I shall wear and use safety goggles and other PPEs when work required.
我将佩带安全眼罩和其他必要的个人安全配件在工作需要的情况下
3. I shall use proper working platform and safe access to work at all times
我将每时每刻都使用合格的工作平台和走道来作业
4. I shall use safe work platform while working at height or anchor safety harness to effective life line /
permanent structure if safe work platform is not possible to provide.
当高处作业时我将使用合格的工作平台。当不能架起安全的工作平台时，我将锚固自己的背带
式安全带到牢固的生命线上或永久建筑结构上
5. I shall use ladder which is in good condition and ensure my co-worker hold the ladder while climb or
descend if the ladder is not secured
我将使用状态良好的梯子，并且在梯子没有被固定的情况下将让我的工友扶住后才上下
6. I shall use electric cable hangers to hang up electric cables at all times.
我将使用绝缘的电线钩子来架高所有的电线
7. I shall not use any equipment , machinery or tool for which I have not been trained
如果我没有参加过培训的话我将不使用任何的机械或设备
8. I shall use my RIGHTS and STOP /REFUSE TO WORK if the place is UNSAFE to work and report to my
Foreman or Woh Hup Safety Supervisor immediately
如果危险我将使用我的权利去停工或拒绝工作并立即报告给我的管工或合和公司的安全人员
9. I understand that breaches of any of the above will result in disciplinary action and lost my rights to
claim compensation if I am injured.
我理解如果我违反以上的条例将会收到惩罚和失去我工伤赔偿的权利
