I am writing this letter to sincerely recommend Kyana Lacroix for any role or opportunity that
they might pursue. As camp counselors at Boys and Girls Club, I had the pleasure of working
with Kyana over the course of two years, and I can vouch for her exceptional traits,
commitment, and professionalism.

Over the course of the summer camp, Kyana showed remarkable leadership abilities and a
sincere enthusiasm for working with kids. She stands out for her capacity to establish a personal
connection with campers while simultaneously guaranteeing their experience and well-being.
The way that Kyana went about every task was full of energy and positivity, and this really made
a big difference in the camp's atmosphere.

In addition, Kyana demonstrated excellent organizational skills and flexibility in the face of
difficulties or unforeseen circumstances. She constantly showed dependability and good
judgment whether she was facilitating group activities or organizing future endeavors.

In conclusion, I am completely confident in Kyana’s skills and ability to succeed in whatever they
decide to do. Her outstanding work ethic, optimistic outlook, and sincere desire to create a
welcoming, and fun workplace for both the children and staff.
