Individual Reflections

Sayesha Rawtani

Working with my group on the development of Dyscalcube has been a journey that has expanded my
skill set and understanding of product development processes .Through this experience, I gained
valuable insights into the intricacies of product design . I learned how to effectively communicate
ideas, manage resources, and adapt to challenges. Ensuring deadlines were met was essential for the
success of our project and is something we could strive to improve on in the future. I actively
participated in the creation of the product itself which was a group effort . Collaborating with my
group to draft the plan for the design of the product allowed me to contribute my ideas and insights,
shaping the direction of our project. Bringing our vision to life was both challenging and rewarding; it
required creativity, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of our target audience's needs.Moving
forward, I am excited to continue building on this, exploring new ways to enhance Dyscalcube and
help people .This project has been more than just a product development; it has been a journey of
personal growth for me and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it.

Kaira Thanawala

For our creative entrepreneurship program, we decided to make an enhanced version of a Rubik’s
cube which would increase concentration and coordination in young minds. Throughout this project,
apart from the production of the product itself, I have networked and communicated with different
people and learnt new skills in the fields of marketing, business strategies and at the same time,
teamwork. We as a group worked together to complete all the tasks give to us, wether it was an
interview, a presentation or even a marketing plan. While we could strive more to meet with deadlines,
I have had an amazing experience being part of this program and learning all about entrepreneurship.

Ujesha Agarwal

I played a pivotal role in form completion and product planning by offering innovative ideas for
enhancement. Additionally, I assisted in the production's finalization and resource acquisition,
significantly contributing to its development and execution. I also filled out some of the forms and
contributed in the designing of the product. Creativity of the product and finding the resources to
produce it has been a strong part of this project. I would craft it from inception. Formulating a
comprehensive marketing strategy, I would encompass all associated costs and ensure product
quality. I am content in my participation and involvement as I have been around in all meetings held
and supported in decisions of my fellow members and I have pitched in quite a few ideas for the
making of the product and gave opinions that was taken into account.

Shanaayaa Kunder

In our group project, each member was supposed to present the idea of a product, mine was
to bring forward the idea of a solar-powered cooker. I made a list of the pros and cons of the
product, described its description, and drew a blueprint of a solar-powered cooker, summing
up my contribution to group work. In addition, developed the marketing plan for our project.
The contribution of our team by group effort was pretty successful, and all had contributed
with their part of the idea and skills. I believe our varied perspectives have been able to make
the project richer and take care of the manifold things fairly efficiently. If given the chance to
do this project again, we would probably brainstorm more thoroughly or even come up with
other ideas for products so that we could fully explore our options. Reflecting on my
contribution, I am happy with it and believe that every member in our group managed to
contribute to the success of of it by giving a well-researched and well-thought In our group

We embarked on this journey to create something ambitious, the Dyscalcube, which at its
core is a complex Rubik's cube infused with numbers, patterns, and shapes strategically
crafted to captivate young minds. It involved months of meticulous research, planning, and
collaboration with minds alike. Throughout this experience, I’ve not only learned about the
numerous business strategies; like what materials would actually benefit the business and
contribute to a higher net profit margin, multiple effective marketing strategies that would
tend to work with newer generations as well and not to forget, communication and
adaptation, to make sure everyone’s ideas translate into the product. But most importantly, I
learned to develop for a cause. To make sure what were doing will actually help those
struggling with learning disorders and hence the Dyscalcube is not just a toy, it’s a tool
designed to engage, educate and empower. In my opinion we worked on every task together,
as a team. And made sure that everyone inputted their ideas in every field. However in the
future I would like to refine on ability to cope with targeted dates. Overall this experience has
skilled me with a lot more entrepreneurship skills and I will be forever indebted for the same.

Aahna Gohil
Participating in the creative entrepreneurship program proved to be a transformative
experience. Our group embarked on a journey to develop an enhanced Rubik’s cube . This
involved not only product development itself, but also navigating the exciting yet challenging
world of communicating with people and much more. Through this process, I gained valuable
knowledge in marketing, business strategies, and the art of teamwork. We as a team tackled
interviews, presentations, and marketing plans together, forging a strong collaborative spirit. i
think our product is amazing in every angle as it helps other who have a specific issue. Each
one of us completes the whole team
