The ideation activity really helped our group bring our venture idea to life.

Moreover, it

helped us by providing us with valuable insights on how to effectively market our venture idea.

By engaging in this activity, our group was able to explore various angles, brainstorm creative

solutions to make our venture idea more appealing to our target audience. We delved into the

core aspects of our concept, refining it through collaborative discussions and critical thinking.

The ideation process allowed us to tailor our messaging and develop a comprehensive strategy

for promoting our venture idea. Aside from this, this activity also allowed our group to become

more collaborative, and effectively and freely share our ideas and insights regarding our venture

ideas.

In my opinion, our group has no leader. Instead, each of us acts as a leader in our own

unique ways. Our tasks are distributed equally, and we are all doing our assigned task on time

and diligently. Also, we are all planning as a group considering the pros and the cons of the

suggestion each of us makes in order to come up with a single final decision. I feel happy with

how our group dynamics work as we all contribute to the assigned task and each of us listens and

comprehends the suggestions of one another. Aside from this, we also provide positive criticism

when one of us shares their idea and we encourage one another to share their feedback and

suggestions for further improvements. Moreover, this collaborative approach gives us a sense of

shared ownership and it establishes accountability, allowing us to work together toward our

common goals.
