My name is Luis Tybagua. I work as a tutor, lecturer and educator, offering
workshops, classes and courses in various areas. I am a designer, musician,
writer, therapist and entrepreneur. My vision is born from the heart and aims to
offer others my services from a universal perspective that connects our actions
with the laws of nature, so that we can live well on this earth.
During my creative process I have had the pleasure of being both the founder

use of design and alternative pedagogies, my objective is to share diverse
knowledge through the use of methodologies that help individuals, com-
panies and entrepreneurial projects to acquire tools that facilitate proces-
ses and lead to the achievement of goals. From starting a business to imp-
roving your health—with order and execution everything is possible to
achieve.

Design Thinking is a method that seeks to understand and provide solu-
tions to user needs. Designers can transform the way companies, indivi-
duals, collectives, educational and community entities develop products,
services, processes and any strategy. In short, we should all think like de-

3 INSIDE OUT BRANDING
Branding is the process of defining and building a brand through the planned
management of all the graphic, communicational, structural, cultural, business,
conceptual, identity and positioning processes of a company brand that make the
essence of the company internally be reflected in the image it communicates to
the public both in its services and in its design objects.

4 COMPANY DESIGN
Through the Company Design we will deepen in the internal pedagogical com-
municational structure of the company integrating tools that will facilitate the
resolution of various situations. This will be achieved through the implemen-
tation of such practices that will result in improving the coexistence among the
company’s employees by improving interpersonal relationships, in turn through
the company’s design we seek to strengthen teamwork. In a complementary way,
the company design seeks to provide pedagogical support to the individual gro-
wth of each employee of the company.

5DREAM DESIGN
Design your dreams and achieve your goals by directing the use of the peda-
gogical tools that we have in Tybagua Design Thinking with the aim of helping
individuals and groups to have a clear projection of the dreams to materialize.

Through the various tools that make up our service we specialize our work in
human growth through personalized and group sessions we implement our met-
hodologies with the objective of the evolution of the being at all levels.

In Tybagua Design Thinker and in company of analogous organizations of our
healthy commerce network we develop pedagogical events, workshops, confe-
rences in diverse areas related to the growth of the being, business, professional,
emotional, integral health care and other topics that benefit individuals and col-
lectives.

In Tybagua Design Thinker we develop audiovisual and editorial material of our
authorship in various areas such as art, culture, ancestral traditions, alternative
pedagogies, science, spirituality, medicine, health, leadership, personal develop-
ment and an endless number of areas in which our portfolio and alliance with
other organizations allows us to deepen to develop our content. Our objective
with the artistic pieces developed is pedagogical in nature. We seek to encourage
personal growth of individuals, communities and all of nature through the ma-
terial developed by Tybagua Design Thinker. At the same time we help different
companies and collectives to develop content for different media.
