Numericals solutions
3. Here u=7m/s , v=27m/s ,t=5s
Average acceleration a=v-u/t=27-7/5 =20/5=4 m/s2
Also 2as=v2-u2
So by putting all values and solving we will get s=85m
4 P = F⃗ . v⃗
= (10î+ 10ĵ+ 20kˆ). (5î− 3ĵ+ 6kˆ)
=50-30+120=140J/s
9 Given F=30kgf ,R=50kgf
=F/R=30/50=0.6
Also tanα=µ ,tanα=0.6 ,α=tan-1(0.6)=31°
So µ=0.6, α=31°
11. Here R = 6400 KM = 6.4x106 m , g = 9.8 ms-2
v = √gR =√9.8x6.4x106=7.92x10 3ms-1 = 7.92 kms-1
T = 2π√R/g = 2π√(6.4x106/9.8 = 5077.6 s
12. Here T=27°C=27+273K=300K,V2=2V1
