has been tested and calibrated using adequate test equipment and appropriate test procedures
as specified by OMICRON electronics GmbH.
All necessary repairs were executed following repair instructions defined by OMICRON electronics GmbH
using only original components.
We confirm that the product complies with all relevant specifications published in the original manual. It

passed all executed tests successfully.

More detailed test data can be found on the enclosed documents.

Traceability Information

All accuracy relevant Test Equipment is traceable to national standards (ÖKD, DKD, NATA, NIST, NPL,
PTB, BNM etc.). Some measurements are traceable to natural physical constants, consensus standards
or ratio type measurements. Supporting documentation relative to traceability is available for review
by appointment. This report shall not be reproduced, except in full, without prior written approval of
the calibration facility.
