1. List the stated objectives/purposes of this lesson (What do you want the student to
learn and why?)
The objectives of this lesson are to:

 Demonstrate the ability to listen critically and understand what is heard.

 Perform group activities that show knowledge of the cause and effect relationship.
 Identify the causes and effects of events.
These objectives are important because they help students develop critical thinking
skills, understand the relationships between events, and apply these skills to real-life
situations.

2. How will you connect this lesson with the learner’s prior knowledge and lessons
that may follow?
This lesson builds on students' prior knowledge of cause and effect relationships and
listening skills. It also prepares them for future lessons where they will need to analyze and
understand the causes and effects of various events.

3. What closure activities are you planning that will allow your learners to
demonstrate that they are meeting the objectives?
The closure activity will involve students identifying causes and effects in a given scenario
and explaining their reasoning. This will allow them to demonstrate their understanding of
the lesson objectives.

4. Are there any common difficulties and or misconception that you anticipate in
teaching the lesson? If so, how will you address them?
Some students may struggle with identifying the causes and effects of events, especially if
they are complex or abstract. To address this, I will provide clear examples and guide
students through the process of identifying causes and effects step by step.

The resources I will use include:

6. What are the special learning needs in your classroom?

Some students may have special learning needs related to auditory processing, attention, or
language skills. I will differentiate instruction to accommodate these needs.

7. How will you differentiate instruction for those learners?

I will provide visual aids, hands-on activities, and opportunities for repetition and
practice. I will also provide additional support and guidance for students who need it.

8. As you planned this lesson, why did you select these instructional strategies and or
methods of delivery?
I selected these instructional strategies and methods of delivery because they are
interactive, engaging, and cater to different learning styles. They also allow for
differentiation and provide opportunities for students to apply their learning.

9. Share some ways that your lesson plan demonstrates the attainment of your lesson
objectives.
My lesson plan includes activities that require students to listen critically, identify causes
and effects, and apply their understanding to real-life scenarios. It also includes a closure
activity that allows students to demonstrate their understanding of the lesson objectives.

10. Are there any areas you would like for me to provide feedback?
I would appreciate feedback on the clarity of instructions, the effectiveness of differentiation
strategies, and the overall engagement and participation of students during the lesson.
Additionally, any suggestions for improvement or alternative approaches would be valuable.
