REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DIOSA ALI CRUZ, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Sunrise
Village, Brgy. Suqui, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, did on the 3rd day of March
2024, execute a SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY before VINA LORRAINE C
MARASIGAN, a Notary Public for and in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, registered
under Doc. No. 123, Page No. 5, Book No. 01, Series of 2024 of her Notarial
Register, and there did appoint MARIPOSA UY BRUNO as my true and lawful
attorney, for me and in my name to perform the acts therein set forth.

That I have revoked and recalled the said power of attorney, and do hereby
revoke, recall, and annul all power and authority thereby given to the MARIPOSA
UY BRUNO together with any and all concomitant rights, powers and privileges
given to him.
