DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Assignment made this 20th day of April 2024 by and between
DIOSA A. MAGANDA Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of Acacia
Village, Bulusan, Calapan City City, Oriental Mindoro, hereinafter known as the
ASSIGNEE in favor of MARIKIT C. CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, single and a
resident of Camilmil, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, hereinafter known as the
ASSIGNOR;

WHEREAS, DIOSA A. MAGANDA has a pending loan application with

Banco De Oro, Calapan City Branch, Calapan City, whereby DIOSA A.
MAGANDA has offered as security a parcel of land located at Acacia Village,
Bulusan, Calapan City containing an area of Seventy Two (72) square meters,
registered in the name of her late parents, spouses Ignacio and Esther Maganda.

WHEREAS, DIOSA A. MAGANDA has an existing obligation with MARIKIT

C. CRUZ in the total amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500,000.00)
consisting of both the principal and accrued interest;

WHEREAS, in payment of his obligation, DIOSA A. MAGANDA desires to

assign in favor of MARIKIT C. CRUZ its receivable from Banco De Oro arising
from the said loan application;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises,

DIOSA A. MAGANDA hereby assigns in favor of MARIKIT C. CRUZ his
collectible or receivable from Banco De Oro to the extent of P 500,000.00 only, by
virtue of the said loan application, and MARIKIT C. CRUZ hereby accepts this
assignment;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 20th

day of April, 2024 at Calapan City, Philippines.
