Feats of Engineering Award.

Jun. 2014 - Program Manager | Networking Supply Chain, Project Resolve

Jan.. 2018
Summary
● Project Resolve is a global self-sparing program as an alternative to paying OEM vendors for
service when PROD network outages require hardware replacements. The initial program scope
was to develop all processes, tooling support, identify a global 3PL and implement warehouses
worldwide for same day delivery at all PROD locations.

Key Accomplishments
● Service Management PgM while permanent backfill was being selected. This included serving as
an escalation point for both internal teams and OEM vendors, providing regular updates to
Google FP&A, and quarterly service entitlements and POs.
● Leveraged spares whs in Argentina in support of 2 network transport builds (GTR400/410) from
EZE to SCL. As supply chain POC I oversaw the delivery of ~10,000 pcs sourced from 20+ orders
and 7 POs from 3 local suppliers to 23 remote ILA sites ahead of schedule.
● Managed the warehouse implementation and b2b integration with Flash Logistics resulting in 40
spoke warehouses fully synced with Google systems.
● Led an RFP to select a more scalable and global 3PL, Flash Logistics, in support of the spares
program.
● Partnered with ASCII to green light development on gFEST, an RMA order management tool to
support faster execution and proper asset tracking. This also included providing feedback on
and contributing to requirements for 3 different releases during 2017 and 2018.
● Created PIE BAR program to improve Supply Chain’s executive summary metrics by re-evaluating
key metrics and transitioning the manual data gathering from sheets into query based methods.
This program continues to this day, providing executive metrics presentations monthly.
● Oversaw Project SCORSE/Z to revamp the existing Supply Chain site, expand and update the
content to align to the revised team structure and strategy.
● Collaborated with ODS to develop NetSPOT for managing and operating a self-sparing program
and an inventory management tool to balance inventory in support of RMA inventory flows.
