APPENDIX 1 – SCOPE OF WORKS & PRICE SCHEDULE

Scope of Works:

The scope of works to be covered by M/s. Al Kifah Ready Mix & Blocks (KRB) is as follows.
a) Supply of RMC of various grades for Load Substation, GHE & Statcom at Duba as per the approved design
mix, PTS, OTS, NEOM, Air Products, SEC and SBC Standards.
b) Slump should be as per standards and design mix approved to the project.
c) Temperature control for normal concrete ≤ 32℃.
d) Minimum quantities of pouring or capacity of truck mixer shall be 10 Cum.
e) Trial mix included in the given cost, which is free of cost to L&T.
f) The unit price is based on the current market prices of raw materials. Therefore, in the event of future
price increase/decrease, vendor unit prices may be changed proportionately upon a written notice sent
within 7 days.
g) Delivery of RMC at our site in Duba. Vehicles/Drivers delivering materials should comply environment,
health, safety, welfare & legal requirements applicable in KSA & NEOM region.
h) Any requirement of Third-party lab test is L&T scope. However raw material testing as per Standard
required frequency (Aggregates, Admixtures, Cement, MS, Water, etc.) and its submission as per ITP and
Batch plant calibration, testing equipment calibrations are in Al Kifah scope.
i) Any materials not meeting the quality requirements will not be accepted at site and should be replaced
without any additional charges.
j) Gate pass to access site, if required, will be arranged by L&T.
