1. THAT We are adults Kenyans of sound mind hence competent to swear this affidavit.

2. THAT on the 3rd December,2018 We married under Kamba Customary laws and
traditions, and have since then cohabited as husband and wife and we are blessed with
Three children..

3. THAT we are for all intents and purposes husband and wife and are recognised as such
by all who know us.

4. THAT We swear this affidavit in declaration that we are married .

5. THAT what is deponed herein is true to the best of my knowledge, information and
