JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, OSCAR FRIVALDO and JUAN MANUEL PACQUIAO, both Filipinos, of legal
ages, married and residents of Mt. Arbel Subdivision, Brgy Malaubang Ozamiz City ,
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we both personally know the person of ANNE MARY YOSEF since her
childhood because formerly, we had lived in the same locality for a long time, and
her family has been a close family friend;

2. That we also know and we hereby declare that the said ANNE MARY YOSEF was
born on August 15, 1979 at Ozamiz City Misamis Occidental, Philippines to SOLEN
YOSEF AND NICOLO YOSEF

3. That her name was registered as ANNA MARIE YOSEF instead of ANNE MARIE
YOSEF in the her record birth before the Local Civil Registrar;

4. That the name ANNA MARIE YOSEF and ANNE MARRY both refer to one and the
same person;

5. That we are not related in any way, either by consanguinity or affinity, to the said
ANNE MARY YOSEF

6. As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and for any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 13th day of March
