JOINT AFFIDAVIT of COHABITATION

We, BRETT SAMUEL ELLIOTT, of legal age, British

citizen, and CRISTEN FE CALIB-OG ELLIOTT, of legal age,
Filipino citizen, both married to each other, and residents of
Marville Homes, Block 18, Lot 32, Irisan, Baguio City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and state that:

1) We have been living together as husband and wife

under the same roof, continuously and without any
interruption, since January 2017, and we got married last
05 October 2017 in Baguio City, as shown by our Certificate
of Marriage (a copy of which is attached hereto for easy
reference;

2) We first took up residence in Block 2A, Lot 1, Eagle

Crest, Phase 1, Bakakeng Norte in October 2017, and we
eventually moved to our current residence last October
2019;

3) We have not travelled out of the Philippines since

October 2017;

4) We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of

the foregoing facts and for all legal intents and purposes
that it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands

this 23rd day of December 2019, in the City of Baguio,
Philippines.
