    We wired a power controls lab with 24V power supplied to relays K1 and K2, and used a jumper wire over a button. Our lab report documents the steps taken: 1) default configuration of the controller, 2) matching the transmitter configuration to the AIM, 3) manual tuning which resulted in a PB of 30% and Ti of 15 seconds, and 4) auto-tuning which resulted in a PB of 25.5% and Ti of 7 seconds.

    Wiring

    • We wired the Power (left side) by supplying 24V to K1.


    • We used a jumper wire over the button.
    • We wired the Start/Stop on the (right side)
    • We supplied 24V to K2.
    Steps we took:

    1. Do default configuration on controller.


    2. Configure AIM to match transmitter.
    3. Do manual Tuning
    4. Do auto Tuning

    #1 = PB 30.2%
    Ti 7 sec

    #2 = PB 28.2%
    Ti 6 sec

    Manual = PB 30%
    Ti 15 sec

    Auto Tunning Results


    2 Drains
    PB 25.5%
    Ti 7 sec
