Project Title: MUSIC OPERATED DJ LIGHTS

Summary of Progress:
Our circuit on the breadboard is completed but is giving some errors when turned on. After
troubleshooting we found that the IR receiver side was too sensitive so we replaced it with a
push button switch but is still didn’t work. We then did some research on switch debounce and
came up with an improved switching circuit but it still did not work as the transistors kept
burning out. We then replaced the CD4017 as it was burnt out and also replaced all the burnt
components and also replaced the TSOP1738 with a TSOP4838. Now the circuit is working
properly but still jumps while switvhing

with a TSOP4838
- Removed the IR transmitter side and used an air conditioners remote. It still did not
work so we used a phones remote with the configuration of a Sanyo TV

Modified Circuit Diagrams

- SWITCH DEBOUNCE CIRCUIT FOR THE TRANSMITTER SIDE WHER THE IR DIODE IS
CONNECTED AT THE OUTPUT OF THE INVERTER.
