    Pursuant to the PCW Memorandum Circular No. 2024-02, March is declared as the “National
    Women’s Month” which is dedicated to recognize women and their invaluable contributions to
    nation-building. It also aims to empower women to unleash their full potential and well-being,
    positioning them as active contributors to the nation’s progress.

    In view of this, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office VII hereby invites all
    members of the GAD Focal Point System/Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel/SAS
    Coordinators/Guidance Counselors and Students on the webinar "Kumusta ka Juana?
    Exploring Women's Mental Wellness Across Work, Family, and Community" on March
    01, 2024 – Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM via Zoom Conference and Facebook
    livestreaming.

    The said undertaking aims to discuss the importance of women’s mental health and well-
    being, and to understand the value of work life balance as women navigates across work,
    family and community.
