rates as high as they are right
now, I would never be able to keep
up with the payments.

On Ashley, eavesdropping.

STAN (CONT'D)
No, I already told you I won’t sell
to them. Absolutely not. Over my
dead body.
(listening)
Well, you can tell HMS to find *
another venue because this one
isn’t for sale.

Long beat.

STAN (CONT'D)
How am I supposed to find that kind
of money by the end of the month?
