    Are the ladder, rungs and treats free from bends dents or
    twists?
    Is the ladder free from signs of exposure to heat/fire?

    Is the ladder free of oil, grease and other slipping hazards?

    Is the ladders on stable and level surfaces?

    Is the good housekeeping in the Ares around the top and bottom
    of ladders?
