Inspect each ladder when it is put in to service. This checklist shall be filled on monthly basis and user must
inspect each ladder before use. Any defect or non-compliances on ladder shall be reported to undersign person
immediately and it shall be removed from service. Do not attempt to repair the ladder; it must be
repaired/rectified only by manufacturer.

securely (i.e. no missing or excessively worn feet)?
06 Are the internals of the ladder free from rust and/or
corrosion?
07 Ladders shall be used only on stable and level surfaces
08 Ladders shall be maintained free of oil, grease and other
slipping hazards.
09 Ladders shall be used at an angle to the foot of the ladder
is approximately one-fourth of the working length of the
ladder.
10 Non-slip rubbers: missing, damaged
11 Advised use to maintain 3 point contact during
access & egress.
12 Is inspection sticker available
13 Others if any?
