Session Title: “Responding to Life’s Challenges”
Session At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
Objectives: a) Analyze and comprehend relevant laws addressing abusive
relationships.
b) Demonstrate awareness and understanding through
discussions and activities.
Key Concepts:  Understanding laws: Grasp the key provisions of laws related
to abusive relationships.
 Rights and Responsibilities: Identify the rights and
responsibilities outlined in these laws.

ACTIVITY 1: ICEBREAKER: “LEGAL or NOT” Present


A. Introduction
10 mins pictures related to abusive behavior and ask students
and Warm-Up
whether they think it is legal or not.

1. What can you say about the pictures?
2. What is your opinion towards the violence
experienced by some women?

Activity 2: Go Bingo! This activity is all about
Violence.

After the activity; the student will watch a video about
violence.

Exploration

violence?

Activity 3: Do the Macho Choir Challenge


(2:10- 2:50)

 On the same group on the first topic (sexuality).


 The students will create a dance step using the
MACHO CHOIR CHALLENGE- P.T.B.U (Paa,
Tuhod, Balikat, Ulo).

Activity 4: Share Your Thoughts and Feelings

Materials: Journals, writing tools, coloring materials,

Journal Writing 10 mins  Students will give some instances of physical,
psychological, sexual, and economic abuses.
