(ALUMINIO).

Subject: Calibration Artifacts Error.

Dear [Recipient],

I trust this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention an issue reported
by the client during the calibration of artifacts. Subsequently, a technical visit was conducted to
address the reported problem.

It was observed that during the artifact calibration test with an ALUMINUM filter, an error
message, "An error occurred while capturing part of the view," appeared on the display.
Additionally, in the lower section, an alarm message "GCB(14:48) AEC PRE-EXPOSURE TOO
HIGH" was displayed.

A manual calibration artifact (AL) test in AEC mode was successfully completed without
encountering any issues. Further tests were conducted using an ACR phantom in patient mode,
passing all relevant tests in 2D, Combo, Combo HD, and Tomo modes without any error
messages.

Calibration processes, including gain calibration, geometry, dose, and VTA Tomo Motion
Calibration, were carried out successfully. The rotation of the filter wheel was verified
according to the selected filter type on the control display. Additionally, the movement of the
grid in and out was confirmed. However, the reported problem persists exclusively during the
calibration of artifacts with an ALUMINUM filter.
Please find attached a detailed of images and logs that our findings for your thorough review.
