• Timely management of site laborers and subcontractors
• Must be able to check the drawing and site compatibility • Ordering the necessary materials according to the Project Schedule • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications. • To estimate and make Schedule for the project. • Join in client meetings to negotiate with clients regarding to claim settlement or the necessary changes of the contracts. • To provide professional assistance in commercial/contractual matters, any quantity surveying duties and Bill of Quantity matters • Site survey if it is required • Compare the quotation • Check the material and Coordinate with related stakeholders on site. • Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with project requirements • Follow instructions from and report to Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• (2-3) years of experience in related field • Strong proficiency in quantity take-off software and cost estimation tools • Excellent knowledge of construction materials, their properties, and market dynamics • Sales and customer service-oriented mindset. • Male or Female, Age (25 to 35) years around • Able to travel as required • Can be work as a team, can be work under pressure.
