Questions
All of the facilities that I find are useful. All of these facilities that schools have are students needed in
their studies. These are facilities that students need in achieving their goals and to achieve their goals
in life. In school and four corners of a classroom start students to dream big that’s why the students
must give importance to all of the school facilities.
3. Are there other facilities you observed/remembered are not stated above? If yes, list them below.

The facilities I found in the community that aid learning are schools, health facilities, and libraries.
Schools, libraries, and health facilities are play crucial roles in supporting learners and contributing to
their overall well-being. Schools provide formal education, social development, and career preparation.
Libraries offer access to information, research resources, and cultural enrichment. Health facilities
ensure physical and mental well-being, allowing learners to focus on their studies.

1. What are the classroom management strategy(ies) that you have observed?
Strategies for classroom management are crucial for fostering a successful and positive
learning environment. One of the classroom managements I observed is scaffolding
wherein the teacher helps the learner to deeply understand the difficult concept during
discussion. The other one is active learning wherein learners actively participate in the
learning process the teacher lets the learner ask questions when there is anything that
they can’t understand.
The classroom management strategies I mentioned above were utilized during the
discussion. The teacher lets their students participate in the discussion by letting
them ask questions if they have clarification on the topic. The teacher always asks if
they understand the lesson if he/she notices that her/his students don’t understand
she/he gives simple explanation and example so that they can deeply understand
the topic.
3. What management strategy did the teacher utilize to keep the learning environment safe and
conducive?
I observed that classroom management helped the teacher to utilize the learning environment safely
and conducive first teacher made sure the classroom was clean so that the students could focus.
Second, the teacher should know their students well individually and give them patience in every action
they do in the classroom. teachers create a positive classroom environment by doing positive moves
like proper communication and interaction. Lastly, teachers create a positive classroom environment by

My Analysis
When do you say that a facility aids learning? Cite some instances.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
As a student teacher who has observed various facilities, I believe that a facility
is effective when its function benefits students, teachers, parents, and other
individuals. When it contributes to the growth and improvement of the school's
learning environment, it becomes a valuable asset. When individuals use
facilities for their intended purpose and with good intentions, we can consider
them beneficial. However, overuse of a facility can has negative effects on the
owner, the environment, and, most importantly, the people it serves.

Environment
Classroom management is conducive to learning if the classroom setting has a positive and comfortable setup. The
teachers give the learners a pleasant physical setting like they clearly understand what their teacher says. Learners
should practice and know how to socialize with their classmates to have better and good communication in the
classroom.
My Reflection
1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed/remembered? Why? Why not?
Yes, I aspire to teach in a positive environment similar to what I've observed. Waking
up to the smiles of my students may seem simple, but it brings me immense joy. The
school demonstrates good academic performance and provides decent facilities,
although not all are optimal. As a prospective teacher, I aim to enhance my classroom,
creating a space where students feel relaxed, comfortable, and motivated to excel. The
enthusiasm and respect displayed by endearing students will serve as a motivating
factor for future educators, reflecting our shared dreams for brighter futures.
2. If you are the teacher, how can you make the environment conducive to learning?
As an educator, fostering an optimal learning environment entail cultivating positive
connections with students, expressing a sincere investment in their growth, and
attentively addressing their inquiries. It is also imperative to promote active involvement
in the educational journey. When learners feel respected and esteemed, they are
inclined to become fully engaged and invested in their studies.

FIELD STUDY 1 Activity 2: My Ideal Learning Environment
Effective classroom management involves more than just controlling students' behavior. It's
about creating an environment that encourages students to strive for success in their future
endeavors. A teacher's positive actions can have a significant impact on the social and mental

growth of their students, which in turn affects their learning outcomes. A well-managed
classroom is a safe and inclusive space where every student feels respected and valued.
When students feel secure and included, they are more likely to engage actively and take
risks in their learning.
