shipment arrangement here with Stebex Courier and Logistic Services here in Yemen in fact I
must confess to you that its the doing of Almighty God and Jesus the Lord who made this a
success. In fact I and my colleague narrowly escaped sudden attack in the hand of the dreaded

Due to the time constraint I was unable to conclude with the courier company in making some
payment as they demanded for international transit handling charges for the consignment since
there is no Direct shipment from Yemen to Panama and I registered the package as a special
family treasure based on that I suppose to pay the value added tax of International Transit
Charge for the package before shipment before the fighting started and the cargo flight that is
lifting the goods is set to leave Yemen so I have no option than to plead with them that they
should contact you that you are my husband that you will be able to pay for the charges and
TAX before collection.

I have paid for the delivery charges and what they will demand from you is Airport added tax
because of the estimated value of the luggage is high, and the Transit Added Value tax. i
suppose to settle them here but they said Customs policy defers that the charges must be paid
at the port of transit at Brazil because the local customs need to weigh the luggage before they
could charge 'it is their Airport laws' . Please, do keep some money ready with you in case they
demand for any charge from you , so you can settle them . I am assuring you as soon as you
received the package , you can balance your expenses from the money i sent for you then keep
the rest pending when i visit you .
