OPERATORS IN ITEM 1.1 HAS BEEN ACHIEVED, THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT
TO THE CAA THE RELEVANT INFORMATION UNDER ITEM 7.1 OF GEN 1.2 OF AIP
REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA NOT LATER THAN 2 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DATE
OF THE FLIGHT.
2.1 THE TERM FOR NOTIFICATION OF THE APPLICANT FOR A GIVEN FLIGHT
CLEARANCE IS NOT LATER THAN 1 WORKING DAY BEFORE THE DATE OF THE
FLIGHT.
3. A NON-SCHEDULED FLIGHT UNDER THE 5TH AND 7TH FREEDOM FROM THE
AIRPORTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA CAN BE OPERATED BY A FOREIGN
AIRLINE OPERATOR WITHOUT APPLYING THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS IF NONE OF
THE BULGARIAN AIRLINE OPERATORS IS OWNING AN AIRCRAFT WITH SIMILAR
CAPACITY AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS.
