Management
Her we need strengthening exercise for weak muscles and stretching
exercise for tight muscle .
(targeted muscles are determined in the previous figure )
Also, may use dry needling to release tension in upper trapezius.
(may be with electrical stimulation )
Wall Stretch
pec minor wall stretches.
Instructions:
Place your palm and forearm high up onto a wall.
Tilt your shoulder backwards throughout this stretch.
Keep your lower ribs down to prevent the lower back from arching.
Lunge forwards. Aim to feel a stretch in the chest region.
Hold for 30 seconds.

Stretch With Foam Roller


stretch to pec minor with foam roller.
Instructions:
Lie down on your stomach.
Assume the push up position.
Place a small block/foam roller underneath your
hand.
Tilt your shoulder blade backwards.
Lower your torso towards the ground.
Turn your torso away from the hand that is on the block.
Hold for 30 seconds.

Pectoralis Muscles Corner Stretch


Stand in a wall corner and place one arm on each wall,
facing the corner.
With your elbows bent to 90 degrees, move forward into the corner of the wall
until you feel a
comfortable stretch in the pectorals. If you do not feel a stretch, move your arms up
or down the wall to
feel a stretch in different areas of your chest. If your elbows do not bed to 90
degrees, bend them just.
