Performance Indicator for each cluster that I consider as most important and that I am excited to do
is domain 5, “Facilitate flexible learning environment that enhances collaboration with the use of
technology tools.” Because in todays generation, learners is capable of using both traditional and digital
teaching which made them more easy to access information.

Performance Indicator that you consider least important and that you are not excited to do is in
domain 2, “Revise digital learning resources in response to varied needs of students.” We all know that
not all students have an access to internet, so we must consider a learning strategy that is easy and
knowledgeable to learners.
