Dear Tesla Customer Service Team,

I am writing to file a claim regarding my Tesla Model 3 that I purchased


on April 10 2023. I am experiencing the following issue:The car doesnt
properly charge

I am disappointed that I have encountered this issue with my Tesla, as I


have always been a strong advocate for your brand and have
recommended it to many of my friends and colleagues. However, I
understand that issues can arise with any product, and I am confident that
Tesla's commitment to customer service and support will ensure that this
issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.

I am requesting that Tesla investigate this issue and provide a resolution


as soon as possible. I would appreciate frequent updates on the progress
of the investigation and resolution of this issue.

Please let me know what additional information or documentation is


required to process this claim, as well as what steps I need to take to
expedite the resolution of this issue.
