RESOLUTION NO. 2023-013

A RESOLUTION INSTALLING A GLASS DOOR IN THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE

BARANGAY HALL AT ZONE 2, BARANGAY JIBAO-AN, PAVIA, ILOILO

WHEREAS, there are residents who misinterprets the closed door despite the open signage that there is
no transaction;

WHEREAS, the door is always closed due to dust and aircon electricity energy saving but the operation
is ongoing,

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation, it is the consensus of the Sangguniang Barangay Body to
initiate appropriate action on the matter.

NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Kagawad Arvin J. Mirador, unanimously seconded

by Sangguniang Barangay Members present;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved RESOLUTION NO. 2023-013, A RESOLUTION

INSTALLING A GLASS DOOR IN THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE BARANGAY HALL AT
ZONE 2, BARANGAY JIBAO-AN, PAVIA, ILOILO, effective December 2, 2023.

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copies of this resolution the offices of the Local DILG, this
office and all other officer that may require in the municipality of Pavia, Iloilo
